Because the shaking frequency of the shaking screen is lower than that of the frequency of the vibrating screen, the screening effect of shaking sieve is poor. With regard to the drum sieve, the screen surface is easily blocked and the screening efficiency is also relatively low. Therefore, the users should make reasonable selection of vibrating screen type based on the nature of the material in order to maximize the working efficiency. As for the pre-screening and check screening of the material, they generally use the circular vibrating screen; probability screen and large vibrating screen for the grading of the crushed materials.

In order to improve the efficiency of the vibrating screen, there is a need to select the non-metal sieve surface with larger mesh size, larger effective screening area and higher screen surface opening rate according to the actual situation and under the premise of meeting the requirements of product size. And the appropriate choice of the sieve shape helps to improve the permeability capacity through the sieve of the materials and the working efficiency.
2.Selecting reasonable vibrating motor .
The reasonable selection of the vibration motor is one of the key aspects to affect the performance of the vibrating screen.
Vibration motor, as the source of the vibration of the vibrating screen, has the advantages of reasonable design, simple and compact structure, high excitation efficiency, energy saving and easy installation. The selection of the vibration motor includes operating frequency, maximum exciting force, power and other parameters. The first is to select the operating frequency and the excitation force, the revolving speed of the motor should be close to the operating frequency; the largest excitation force must in the range of selected motor synthetic excitation force. Then select the power of the vibration motor according to the operating frequency and maximum exciting force.
