The feed stock is melted by heating it to 270?C using induction heaters constructed around the injection cylinders. The injection cylinders are designed in a volume that is sufficient to inject to the cap mold. The size of the injection cylinder varies for different custom cap molds used for manufacturing. The ultra cooling system is used to cool the mold. The water is used as the coolant and it is circulated internally around the mold. The advanced machines are more faster in production which takes 0.86 seconds to compress the mold and 2 seconds to cool the mold and 0.96 seconds to open the mold and ejecting the product out. The custom cap molds have the cavities for different cap sizes in a single mold. These molds have the interior mechanical designs which can expand the cavity for large size caps and converge the cavity for smaller size cap. This expansion and convergence mechanism is supported by the embedded systems. The embedded system is the programmable computers that control the process we desire.

The caps manufactured are put under series of tests to meet its specifications and its quality. These test are associated with the testing of its strength , withstanding of external temperature, internal threading structure and its size that fit correct to the container.
